The Secretariat is due a fee amounting to 10% of the net fees established for the sole arbitrator, as payment for the registry activities carried out during the arbitration proceedings, and 15% in the case of multi-party arbitration. 
The preliminary costs are paid by each party joining the arbitration proceedings. 
The costs of the proceedings are established by the Council of the Chamber of Arbitration; the Arbitration Tribunal decides on the allocation of the costs between the parties. 
If the value of the dispute subject to arbitration is initially indeterminate and even as proceedings continue it is not possible to establish the related value, the fees shall vary among the minimums established for the bracket comprised between € 50,001.00 and € 5,000,000.00. 
In the case of international arbitration, an increase of all the items in the schedule of fees of 25% will be applied.
