All disputes arising out or related to the present contract, shall be settled by a sole arbitrator, under the Rules of the Chamber of National and International Arbitration of Florence, an Arbitral Institution backed by the Chamber of Commerce of Florence, the Florence Bar Association, the Florence Association of Chartered Accountants and the Board of Notaries of Florence. 
The seat of the arbitration shall be Florence. The arbitrator will be appointed in accordance with the Rules. The sole arbitrator shall decide on a formal/informal basis (1) according to law/ ex aequo et bono (1) in accordance with the Rules of the Chamber of National and International Arbitration of Florence, which the parties herewith declare that they are familiar with and accept.
